We raise free-range meat birds on a limited basis. We currently sell whole birds that run between 5-8 lbs.  These birds have been so popular that we frequently sell out. One customer commented that they could never go back to store-bought chicken after having tasted one of ours. These birds will cook up juicy and tender throughout.
